Location: Dublin 13 (Fully on site)Sales Account ManagerSalary : €35,000 + 3k per month commission OTE = €71,000 per yearYou will be working for the leading supplier of building materials in Ireland. Our client is looking for an experienced office sales administrator who can hit the ground running. This role will suit you if you enjoy all aspects sales and customer interaction with new and existing clients and customers.What does my day to day look like?Process customer sales orders accurately using the in-house system.Handle enquiries, prepare quotes, and maintain relationships with clients.Make proactive sales calls to promote products and services.Log and manage client and supplier details in the CRM system.Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person at the trade counter.Support the field sales team with pricing, samples, and account queries.Generate consignment labels and coordinate dispatches.Encourage repeat business through upselling and attentive service.Uphold company standards in health, safety, and environmental practices.Requirements:Highly organised with a methodical approach to managing a busy workload.Clear, confident communicator who remains calm under pressure.Experienced in preparing quotes and processing customer orders.Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and system updates.Takes full ownership of tasks, ensuring every order is completed successfully.Proficient computer skills, including confident use of Excel.Team player with a flexible attitude and willingness to support colleagues.Excellent command of written and spoken English.
