Join Regat Unggul and Pearson to transform your future in IT.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in few location( Shah Alam, Penang, Johor, Kota Kinabalu / Bintulu, Sarawak). The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and attending industry events. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales growth.Qualifications/RequirementPossess at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing/general education degree or equivalent with three(3) years working experience.Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship ManagementStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsKnowledge of IT programs and certifications, specifically in areas like cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data analyticsIdentify and target potential exhibitors, sponsors, and advertisers through cold calling, networking, and market research.Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and high client satisfaction.Pitch and sell exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and marketing opportunities tailored to client needs.Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and event execution for clients.Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.Attend competitor events, trade shows, or industry networking sessions to identify leads and stay informed about market trends.Provide feedback on customer trends, competitor activity, and product opportunities to management.Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales dataProficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsTeam player with the ability to work independentlyBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related fieldPreferably bumiputera
