Job Scope Senior Sales Executive / Jr Sales Manager (SEA)Position SummaryThe Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and growing business opportunities in Southeast Asia, with a focus on onshore wind, onshore oil & gas and maritime markets. This role will drive new client acquisition, strengthen reseller partnerships, and build a sustainable sales pipeline. You will report to the Head of APAC.Key Responsibilities1. Sales Development & PipelineDrive new business acquisition across Southeast Asia priority markets.Build and maintain a structured sales funnel using Salesforce.Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions with accuracy and professionalism.2. Client & Reseller EngagementWork closely with resellers to develop opportunities.Attend customer and partner meetings, ensuring professional representation of ScanReach solutions.Support resellers by providing market feedback and product knowledge.3. Market Development, Representation & ReportingConduct market intelligence on onshore operators, shipyards, competitor activity and vessel owners to identify new opportunities.Update and manage Salesforce with pipeline and forecasts.Provide regular sales updates covering pipeline and customer developments.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 3 - 4 years of B2B sales experience in maritime, onshore, or industrial technology.Preferred experience in the onshore vessels / workboat segment.Proven ability to manage sales cycles and build customer relationships in SEA markets.Skilled in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and pipeline reporting.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Willingness to travel (10–20%).
