The companies that we work with are American General (AIG) - Corebridge Financial, Kemper, United Home Life, Foresters, Liberty Bankers, Royal Neighbors of America and Baltimore Life.What we want from you:Fluent English – This is essential.1-2 years of experience in sales, insurance, or customer service.Reliable team player.Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, building strong client connections to ensure satisfaction.Learn about the company and gain a solid understanding of Mortgage Life Insurance.Follow company instructions, guidelines, and policies established through years of excellence.Stay committed to continuous growth and adapt to evolving technology, markets, and customer needs.Seek feedback, embrace challenges, and experiment with new ideas.Demonstrate punctuality, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to excellent customer service.Ability to work effectively under pressure.Must be professional, disciplined, and committed to personal and team growth.Key Requirements:High level of written and spoken English.Knowledge about MS Office/Google Sheets.Ability to handle pressure and remain calm, professional and creative.Comfortable with technology and quick to learn about it.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of energy and commitment with positive attitude.You will be:Calling U.S.-based leads.Conducting sales presentations.Converting potential clients into closed leads and successful sales.Working towards achievable monthly sales targets.Providing professional interaction and support.Collaborating with a positive, goal-oriented remote team in US and Pakistan.Note: This is a sales role that requires calling.
