Position: Sales Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Property: Seda Bonifacio Global City (Seda BGC) Reports to: Assistant Director of Sales / Director of SalesThe Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue for Seda BGC by developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service that upholds the brand’s standards. This role plays a key part in driving hotel occupancy, maximizing room and banquet sales, and supporting overall Sales & Marketing objectives.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue GenerationAchieve assigned sales targets for rooms, banquets, and other hotel services.Develop new accounts and maintain business from existing corporate, FIT, group, and MICE clients.Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, presentations, and hotel site inspections.Prepare and submit sales proposals, contracts, and customized packages aligned with client requirements.2. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and business partners.Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.Coordinate with Operations teams to ensure successful turnover, execution, and monitoring of booked events and stays.Maintain an effective account management system through accurate documentation and timely updates.3. Sales Planning & ReportingAssist in the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and strategies.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth.Prepare weekly sales productivity reports, account performance updates, and forecasts.4. Brand RepresentationRepresent Seda BGC in trade shows, sales blitzes, corporate events, and industry networking activities.Promote the brand’s values, service culture, and product offerings in all sales engagements.Ensure all sales materials, presentations, and communications are aligned with brand guidelines.5. Coordination & CollaborationWork closely with Reservations, Front Office, Banquets, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Participate in sales meetings, revenue meetings, and internal briefings.Assist the Sales & Marketing Department in special projects, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or any related field.At least 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales or similar customer-facing roles; experience in corporate sales or MICE is an advantage.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Customer-oriented, dynamic, and confident in engaging with clients at all levels.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.Proficient in MS OfficePleasant personality with professional grooming aligned with Seda standards.
