The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property tours, preparing sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and meet company sales targets.QualificationsSales, lead generation, and closing sales skillsExperience in client relationship management and contract negotiationStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with real estate market trends and marketing techniquesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferredProficiency in MS Office
