The Sales Coordinator will handle key administrative and coordination tasks to support the sales team and ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include managing sales orders, liaising with clients, maintaining records, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales operations efficiently. The role requires a focus on customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to support team successStrong skills in Customer Service and Communication to effectively interact with clients and address their needsKnowledge of sales processes and strategies to assist in achieving business objectivesAbility to multitask, meet deadlines, and provide detailed administrative supportProficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteRelevant experience in sales coordination or customer support roles is preferredBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is an advantageExperience in Oil and Gas Experience with Metals.
