INSURANCE SALES MANAGER Role Description The insurance Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, managing and nurturing client relationships, meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies. Additionally, the Sales Executive will attend industry events and conferences to build and maintain a network of prospective clients. Qualifications Experience in Sales and Client Relationship ManagementStrong Communication and Negotiation skillsAbility to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plansProficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related toolsExcellent time management and organizational skillsGoal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
