INSURANCE Role Description The insurance Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, delivering sales presentations, preparing proposals, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves market research and collaboration with other team members to develop effective strategies for business growth. Qualifications Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account ManagementStrong Communication and Negotiation skillsAbility to analyze market trends and conduct Market ResearchProficiency in CRM tools and Sales ReportingTime Management and Organizational skillsProactive and self-driven with the ability to meet targetsKnowledge of the local market in Kampala is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
