Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive with responsibility for driving sales and engagement across Pazino’s real estate portfolio. Based in Lagos, the role involves promoting estate schemes, generating leads, building client relationships, conducting property tours, and negotiating contracts. Some tasks may be performed remotely, but significant in-person meetings and site visits will be required to maintain strong customer connections and achieve sales targets. QualificationsProven expertise in Sales, Lead Generation, and Relationship ManagementSkills in Negotiation, Communication, and Customer ServiceMarketing experience, especially in the real estate or property sectorProficiency in Project Management and Time ManagementAbility to work independently and in a hybrid working environmentBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldFamiliarity with real estate markets in Lagos, particularly the Ibeju-Lekki area, is an advantage
