Job descriptionJOB DESCRIPTION* Source and approach potential customers for international freight forwarding services (ocean freight, air freight, inland transportation, import & export customs clearance).* Identify prospects and qualify sales opportunities.* Arrange and attend meetings/visits with existing and potential clients.* Build and nurture long‐term relationships with a diverse customer base.* Expand business volume from current accounts and develop new accounts.* Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets (Sales KPIs).Job requirements* Must Have- At least 1 year’s proven experience in freight forwarding / logistics sales.- Fluent English (oral & written).- Strong negotiation, communication & presentation skills.- Self‐motivated, ambitious, quick learner with a strong customer focus.- Ability to work independently and under high pressure; willing to travel for business.* Nice to Have* Hands‐on experience with a CRM system.* Existing network of import/export customers.* Knowledge of both ocean & air freight pricing.* Competencies / Skills- Sales hunting & account management- Customer relationship management- Market research & lead generation- Time management & prioritisation- Problem‐solving & adaptabilityWorking Conditions- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (1‐hour lunch break).- Office‐based in Ho Chi Minh City with regular client visits and occasional overtime to meet customer needs.WHAT WE CAN OFFER• Competitive Salary package.• SHUI on 100% salary under Labor Contract.• Professional working environment and promoted opportunity in MNC.• Premium Healthcare.• Training locally and overseas.• Incentive: Attractive Salary and Sales Incentive 20% of GP.• 13th month Salary.• 14 annual leave days.
