Role OverviewThe Sales Governance Coordinator supports global B2B sales teams by streamlining deal processes and ensuring compliance with company policies, pricing frameworks, and governance standards.This role acts as a bridge between sales, finance, legal, and operations to accelerate deal cycles, protect margins, and uphold process integrity.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and skilled at balancing commercial enablement with risk management, continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and drive excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDeal Desk SupportReview and validate deal requests for accuracy, compliance, and feasibility.Coordinate Deal Desk reviews and ensure timely resolution of deal actions.Guide sales teams on structuring non-standard deals, contracts, and SLAs.Coach colleagues on Deal Desk processes and continuously improve workflows.Track outcomes and feed insights into sales reviews and business improvement initiatives.Sales Governance & ComplianceMonitor adherence to sales policies, pricing frameworks, and approval processes.Maintain audit-ready documentation and report on exceptions or risks.Keep governance playbooks, approval matrices, and sales policies updated.Reporting & InsightsPrepare dashboards and reports on key KPIs (cycle times, compliance, approvals).Provide insights to leadership on trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.Support training on Deal Desk processes and governance requirements.Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as the primary liaison between sales, legal, finance, and compliance teams.Ensure governance principles are embedded throughout the deal process.Experience & Background1–3 years of experience managing multiple stakeholders in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a high degree of ambiguity.Exposure to deal desk, sales operations, governance, compliance, or commercial finance within a B2B organization.Experience in services or professional services environments preferred.Technical SkillsStrong understanding of process and change management with clear, structured communication skills.Proficiency in CRM and CPQ systems (Salesforce highly desirable).Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities for deal modeling and compliance reporting.Working knowledge of commercial contracts, pricing models, and compliance frameworks.Soft SkillsCurious, collaborative, and proactive mindset.Self-motivated, innovative, and results-oriented.Exceptional attention to detail and process discipline.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines calmly and effectively.Strategic problem solver with the ability to balance sales agility and risk mitigation.Success IndicatorsImproved deal efficiency and reduced cycle times.Strong adherence to policy compliance and governance standards.High sales team satisfaction with clarity and responsiveness.Reduced commercial risk and policy breaches.Additional InformationWe are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status.Please note, AI is used as part of the application process.
