We seek a driven Sales & Growth Marketing to boost sales conversions and support marketing efforts remotely from Jakarta.Role SummaryThe Sales & Growth Marketing will drive client acquisition through aggressive sales strategies and support marketing initiatives to enhance Nexlaw’s brand in a high-energy startup environment. This role requires a results-oriented individual with exceptional sales, marketing, and very fluent English skills (oral and written).Key ResponsibilitiesSales:Convert leads into clients via cold calling, emailing, and networking.Build client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.Meet or exceed sales targets and track performance using CRM tools.Conduct client consultations to pitch tailored Nexlaw solutions.Marketing:Support lead-generating marketing campaigns and create engaging content for social media and email.Manage Nexlaw’s LinkedIn and online presence.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.Assist with webinars, events, and promotional activities.QualificationBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).Very fluent English in oral and written communication.1+ years in sales with a proven track record of meeting targets.1+ years in marketing (content creation, social media, or campaigns).Proficient in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp).Strong communication, negotiation, and self-motivation skills.Legal industry knowledge is a plus.Preferred SkillsB2B sales or professional services experience.Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Ability to analyze and optimize marketing campaigns.Why Join Nexlaw?Fully remote role with flexible work environment.Competitive salary (USD 500–600/month) with performance bonuses.Collaborative team and growth opportunities.
