Job Summary:The Sales Growth Specialist is responsible for driving sales performance and overall business growth through strategic planning, partnership management, and data-driven decision-making. This role focuses on managing and optimizing relationships with third-party aggregators and online platforms, ensuring the company’s products and services achieve maximum visibility and performance. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of market trends and customer behavior.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Growth & Aggregator PartnershipsDrive overall sales growth and business expansion through strategic sales initiatives.Manage relationships with key third-party aggregators and ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.Optimize product and service listings on aggregator platforms to maximize visibility and conversion.Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.Establish sales targets, prepare forecasts, and allocate resources to meet company goals.Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners built on trust and collaboration.2. Content Optimization & Market ResearchConduct market research to identify opportunities for product or service enhancement.Analyze sales data and consumer behavior to guide pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.Share insights and research findings with internal teams to support decision-making.3. Contract NegotiationNegotiate terms, agreements, and contracts with aggregator partners.Ensure all partnerships align with company objectives and deliver measurable value.4. Performance Monitoring & Data AnalysisMonitor sales and performance metrics across all aggregator channels.Use data analytics tools to evaluate KPIs, identify improvement areas, and optimize results.Prepare periodic performance reports with actionable insights.5. Communication & Issue ResolutionCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to align strategies.Address and resolve any issues related to aggregator performance or partner relations.Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base.6. Compliance & ReportingEnsure compliance with all legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements related to sales and partnerships.Provide regular reports on aggregator and sales performance, highlighting successes and opportunities.7. General SupportContribute to achieving the company’s overall mission, vision, and business objectives.Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.Requirements and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: 1–3 years in sales growth, partnership management, or digital sales (preferably within F&B, retail, or e-commerce).Skills:Strong negotiation and communication abilities.Analytical mindset with data interpretation and reporting skills.Proficiency in using CRM and sales analytics tools.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Personal Attributes:Self-motivated and target-driven.Adaptable and proactive with strong attention to detail.Team player with a customer-focused mindset.
