Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for a Sales Manager on behalf of our private company, which operates in the integrated poultry agri-food sector, spanning production, processing, and distribution of chicken meatThe Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of the company’s sales strategy to increase market share, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets. The role involves managing a field sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring consistent product availability across key channels. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for fresh and frozen chicken products.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives and distributors across Addis Ababa and key regional markets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts including hotels, restaurants, catering services, supermarkets, butcher shops, and institutional buyers (e.g., schools, hospitals).Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging customer needs.Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure product availability, promotional support, and timely delivery.Monitor sales performance through KPIs and CRM tools; provide regular reports to senior management.Oversee pricing, discounts, and promotional campaigns to maximize profitability and customer retention.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards in all customer interactions.Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and business networking forums.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG, food processing, meat, or dairy industry.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience managing a field sales team and working with distributors or agents.How To ApplySubmit your CV using Only this linkhttps://docs.google.com/forms/d/1_dotGqKWwkWlUoo3PLky4SKhRoWvsn8I0TrKHht8uPw
