Sales Head - MoroccoLocation: Casablanca, MoroccoReporting To: General ManagerSummaryAs the Sales Head for Morocco, you will be the strategic commercial leader responsible for accelerating market share, revenue growth, and brand leadership for our entire portfolio of appliance brands across your territory. You will build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed targets across diverse market dynamics.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution: Develop & implement comprehensive, data-driven sales strategies for all company brands, aligned with overall regional & global objectives.Own the P&L for the business, including revenue, profitability, market share targets, and budget management.Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, channels (Retail, Distributor, Project, E-com), and customer segments across all countries.Drive successful new product launches and portfolio management for each TEKA & Midea brand.Optimize resource allocation and go-to-market strategies across the portfolio for maximum synergies and efficiency.Foster strong collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, and Supply Chain to ensure brand strategies are executed flawlessly in-market.Channel & Partner Management:Develop and nurture strong strategic partnerships with national & regional distributors, key retailers and project specifiers.Analyze channel performance, optimize coverage, and implement strategies to improve sell-through and partner ROI.Market Intelligence & Reporting:Maintain deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, regulatory environment, consumer behavior, and channel evolution across all assigned countries.Provide regular, insightful sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses to senior leadership.Team Leadership & Development:Coach and lead a diverse and high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, ethical conduct, and high performance. Empower the team to make strategic decisions.Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and individual/team targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive development plans.Qualifications & Experience10+ years in Sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales leadership role within the appliance industry.Extensive experience managing complex distributor & retailer networks, including negotiation and key account management. Kitchen Specialist and AC specialist will be a plus.Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities as a strategic Thinker.Results-Oriented. Laser-focused on achieving and exceeding ambitious commercial goals.Demonstrated success in building, leading, motivating, and developing high-performing, diverse sales teams.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory), French/Arabic/Spanish (preferred). Thrives in dynamic, cross-cultural environments. Effectively navigates complexity and ambiguity.
