Sales Intermodal - Region Africa

Job description:THE ROLE  You are in charge of coordinating the intermodal activity in the region and animating inland services network of agencies.   WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?   You monitor regional performances : definition of objectives of year for TEU's and Carrier Haulage & Green Ratio. You ensure compliance with these objectives.  You coordinate tarif reviews, procurement needs and action with Head Office Intermodal Department.  You participate in the development of specific plans for the country, supoort the review of the local organization, definition of the intermodal product, setting goals, coaching and performance monitoring.  You are in charge of the performance of your area in collaboration with Head Office Intermodal : Key Account, Lines.  You coordinate with local sales teams, inland services teams, customer service and procurement.  You promote best practices and sharing of knowledge and processes within the region and cross region.  You provide trainings and documentation to the agencies.  You share valuable informations such as countryn performance points on the corridor, changing rates, new process, methodology. Profile description:WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?   Graduated in a bachelor or master in business or logistic Ideally you have a first experience in shipping or logistic on a commercial function.  You speak english and french fluently.  You are at ease with excel, using the tool to make relevant analysis.  You have an international experience (academic or professional)
