You will closely with key stakeholders both internally and externally to support the distribution and profitability for Dolce & Gabbana Beauty. This is an exciting role in a high-growth environment, our ideal candidate is driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to positively impact the organization.How You Will ContributeCollaborate: Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders (including Distribution Partners and Retailers) to support effective planning and delivery of Regional Sales Plans to deliver ambitious financial targets.Sales Tracking and Analysis: Manage regular, methodical tracking and analysis of sales trends and KPIs, delivering insights to understand performance and identify sales opportunities.Support: Consolidate and understand Regional Sales Plans, closely follow up to ensure perfect execution and pro-actively track, analyze and assess performance.Pulse on the Market: Collect and assess market competitive landscape (including pricing, launches, events, etc.), feedback learnings, insights and make suggestions.Key Requirements & CompetenciesUndergraduates pursuing a Diploma/ Degree, preferably studying BusinessAble to commit at least 6 months, full-timeProficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience creating pivot tables, slicers, and macros.Passionate and motivated by delivering and tangibly seeing results along with a strong ownership mindsetHighly entrepreneurial with a ‘start-up mentality’, at ease working with ambiguity and within a lean support structureNumerical with an inquisitive and curious natureExcels in collaborative work and thinkingWillingness to learn new things out of your comfort zoneVery high attention to detailLearning OutcomesOverall, you will gain valuable and relevant experience in Sales that will prepare you for future Sales roles within fast-paced work environments.Develop your understanding of the Luxury Beauty business and how sales planning, execution and tracking is managed.Recognize dynamic APAC markets’ needs and specificities.Grow in soft skills, such as strengthening communication and time-management skills.Key TasksWeekly 2-Axis Counter Sales Performance Tracking, Review and AnalysisWeekly Launch Podium Performance Tracking, Review and AnalysisManagement of Historical Top Podium Performance SummaryWeekly Preparation of Sales Performance SummariesMonthly Topline Forecast ReviewFocus on Point of Sale Materials vs Sellables RatiosMonthly Topline Orders vs Forecast ReviewMonthly Rankings Tracking, Review and AnalysisOngoing Updates of APAC Distribution List – Fine Fragrances, Velvet, Make Up, Travel Retail, E-commTR Distribution List for Visual UpdatesCollection and Coordination with Milan Team for Ad Hoc POSM OrdersDevelopment of Consolidated Price List Master File with Official & LM PricesCoordination with Pricing Team in Milan for Global Price List ManagementDevelopment of TR Sales Performance Master File with DGB & TR CodesAnalysis and Recommendations of Key Consumption Period Offers and ActivationsStart Date: 29th Dec 2025End Date: 30th June 2026
