Noxlumyn is on the lookout for a Sales Intern!Location: RemoteTimings:• International working Hours | Night Shift• Monday to FridayWe are looking for an ambitious Sales Intern to join our team and help drive our growth. The ideal candidate will be overlooking the sales team while efficiently managing executive administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct discovery calls to understand potential clients' staffing needs and business requirements.• Manage and track leads using ClickUp, ensuring all client interactions are documented and followed up promptly.• Schedule and participate in day-to-day meetings with potential and existing clients.• Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and execute sales strategies.• Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, acting as their primary point of contact.• Gather detailed requirements from clients regarding the resources they need, ensuring a clear understanding of their staffing needs.• Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for prospective clients.• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to effectively communicate our services and value propositions.• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any client inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.• Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.• Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholder. Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.• O to 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role; internship experience is also acceptable.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.• Proactive, ambitious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to work closely with senior management and adapt to evolving business needs.• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management software; experience with ClickUp is a plus.• A keen interest in the recruitment and staffing industry.• Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.What is in it for you!• Paid Time Off• Work From Anywhere!
