Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Internship role located in Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The selected intern will assist with day-to-day sales activities, including identifying potential customers, engaging with clients to understand needs, and promoting Union Assurance's life insurance solutions. Interns will contribute to supporting customer service efforts, participate in training sessions, and assist in sales management operations, acquiring valuable skills and real-world experience in the life insurance industry. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients effectivelyBasic knowledge or interest in Sales and Sales Management practicesWillingness to participate in training and learn new techniques to enhance sales capabilitiesProactive attitude, teamwork abilities, and eagerness to contribute to team goalsCurrently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is an advantageBasic proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and other relevant software
