We are looking for a Sales Lead who is excited to build our go-to-market strategy, shape the sales department, and grow our reach across borders.💼 The RoleAs our Sales Lead for e-invoicing, you will be responsible for building the sales department from the ground up. You will define and lead the go-to-market strategy, establish sales processes, and grow a high-performing team.🛠️ What You’ll DoDefine and own the go-to-market (GTM) for fiskaly’s e-invoicing product, from positioning to executionBuild the sales for our e-invoicing product: establish processes, select tools, and lay the foundation for a scalable revenue engineDrive growth by winning and expanding with newly acquired clients across multiple countriesCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure customer needs shape our product roadmapRepresent fiskaly at industry events, building a strong network in the compliance and e-invoicing ecosystemDevelop leadership capabilities by mentoring team members and preparing the ground for future team expansion✨ What You BringProven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in B2B SaaS, ideally in the e-invoicing or compliance industryStrategic GTM experience: ability to design and execute successful market entry and scaling strategiesStrong business acumen, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory and compliance-driven environmentsHands-on sales leadership: comfortable being both a strategic leader and an active deal-closer in the early stageLanguage skills: fluent in German and English (C1+); additional languages are an advantage for international expansionEntrepreneurial drive: thrives in building something from scratch and turning ambiguity into structurePeople leadership: prior experience managing or mentoring sales professionals is a plus💡 What We OfferWe’re building products that matter, and we know that takes focus, trust, and the right environment.
