Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Lead at our location in Accra. The Sales Lead will be responsible for managing and overseeing sales activities, developing strategies to meet sales targets, training and supervising sales team members, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and communication. Daily tasks will include creating sales plans, monitoring market trends, handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with other departments to support overall business objectives.
