Our teams are collaborative, vibrant and fast-growing and all team members are empowered with the freedom to influence our business with ideas that drive innovation and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesMotivating the team to achieve sales targets and meet and exceed sales targetsSuccessfully create business from new and existing customer accountsManage complex negotiationsBuild rapport and establish long-term relationships with customersIdentify prospects, create opportunities, and close dealsEnsure execution of client requests and requirements, and respond to their service issues and inquiriesCoordinate with internal departments to meet customer service requirementsQualifications3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales Team Leader or SupervisorExperience in team management minimum 10 personBachelor's Degree in any related fieldExperience and working knowledge of CRM systems and cold callingFluent in English
