The Leasing Specialist Mall will be responsible for managing leases, maintaining resident retention, providing exceptional customer service, and handling lease administration tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with tenants to meet their leasing needs.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Management (Marketing Management major preferred)Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in a mall or retail property environmentAble to work independently as well as in a team, with strong target and deadline oriented work ethicStrong understanding of leasing, marketing, and tenancy agreementsProactive, communicative, and eager to learn and growProficient in Ms Office apllications and basic administrative tasks
