Scope of work:Builds profitable business of ITL’s products and services by identifying and selling prospects customer, maintaining relationships with existing clients.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and grow new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential customers• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular sales visits and account management• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints promptly and professionally• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective and efficient logistics solutions• Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain CRM records in a timely manner• Uphold company standards and compliance policies in all client interactionsQualifications:• Minimum of 1 years’ experience at the same role in freight forwarding industry• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing), especially in business communication, is required• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and commercially aware• Prior experience with a multinational logistics company is a plusBenefit:• 13th-month salary + incentive.• Full salary-based insurance and personal health insurance.• 100% salary during the probation period.• Special leave on your birthday.• Employee family bonding activities: Family Day, Happy Hour, Yoga Club at the company.• Training programs for career development.• Company trips and fun internal activities.
