Oaklands Global are currently on the search for a dynamic and resourceful Sales Manager to join our business aviation clients growing Asia team and support the expansion of their business activities across the region. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a leading name in the global business aviation industry.Role OverviewAs Sales Manager, you’ll work closely with the Sales Director and President to drive business growth, support client relationships, and manage key sales activities from initial inquiry through to closing. You’ll combine strong market awareness with a proactive, relationship-driven approach to identify opportunities, engage prospects, and help deliver outstanding results.Key ResponsibilitiesSales SupportAssist with client meetings, aircraft viewings, and demonstrations.Track and manage active listings.Maintain accurate and current specifications.Gather regional market intelligence.Attend client meetings and presentations alongside the Sales Director.Business DevelopmentResearch and monitor aircraft fleet data and business aviation trends in Asia.Identify new opportunities using tools such as Salesforce, AMSTAT, and industry publications.Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for under-served regions or sectors.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, operators, flight departments, and MROs.Support coordination of airshows, marketing initiatives, and UHNWI networking events.Maintain consistent engagement with prospects through updates and follow-ups.Proposals & PresentationsPrepare acquisition and listing proposals.Create client-focused market analyses and tailored presentations.Provide regular marketing and activity updates for aircraft listings.Systems & AdministrationAccurately log sales and prospecting activity in Salesforce.Organize key deal documents in SharePoint for team visibility and compliance.RequirementsSelf-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently within a global team.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information.Willingness to travel across the region at short notice.ESSENTIAL - Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).ESSENTIAL - Must already hold the legal right to live and work in Singapore.Why work with Oaklands Global?We are the world’s leading aviation and aerospace recruitment and executive search firm, trusted by the most respected names in the industry to deliver results with integrity, discretion, and excellence.With over 50 years of combined experience, we don’t just fill roles, we shape careers and give our clients a competitive talent advantage.
