We use different technologies to make each platform fit the customer’s needs, while focusing on 3 core angles in their interactions with the end customer: efficiency, growth and experience. But there’s more: we believe that digital efforts are successful only when the gains outweigh the costs. Profitable, scalable, and easy to use; whatever the definition of success is, we’ll help getting the best out of our customer’s digital journey. ​What will you be doing?Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the digital landscape, focused on customer experience (marketing, sales, customer service and CX data / websites, portals, CRM applications, etc.)Leverage your network within the digital landscape and with the technology vendors Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets;Follow up on team targets, you will be the coordinator.Is there a match?have minimum 5 years of experience in a sales and business development environment.Experience with tech vendorsare eager to dive into the domain of customer experience. A background is nice to have, but no requirement.are a Dutch native speaker and are also fluent in English/French.can work within the golden triangle: Ghent, Antwerp and Brussels.
