Job Title Sales Manager - General Industries (Canada) Remote Office Location{{:}} TorontoCanada, Eastern Canada Business Function/Department Energy & Infrastructure Solutions/Industrial Systems General Role Description The Sales Manager for General Industries will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing customer relationships across various industrial sectors in Canada. This role involves understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions that leverage TMEIC's innovative technologies. Role Accountabilities -   Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in the general industrial sector.-   Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capture market share.-   Create and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients.-   Collaborate with engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet client-specific requirements.-   Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.-   Lead customer negotiations and close sales effectively.-   Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.-   Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.-   Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions.-   Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote TMEIC's offerings. Requirements Minimum Qualifications -   Bachelor's degree or equivalent via education and/or work experience.-   5 years' experience in sales management or direct sales in industrial markets.-   Strong understanding of industrial technologies and solutions.-   Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.-   Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.-   Experience with CRM software and sales process management.-   Willingness to travel as required.
