This position is based in Gasan-dong, Geumcheon Gu, Seoul Job Summary: Sales Manager reports to Managing Director of Korea for top line sales plan and track along with developing business growth strategy and properly manages Channel Partner(CP) and Key Accounts(KA) with strong inter-personal skill. The position also needs to develop new accounts through sales promotion programs and activities. Position Outcomes: To perform the job successfully, Sales Manager must accomplish the following position objectives.Top Line SalesManage KPIDevelop Business Growth Strategy and InitiativesEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDrive Top Line SalesBetter account management thru account strategy & opportunity funnelDevelop new Channel Partners that fit corporate strategy – End user / OEM / System Integrator, etcIdentify & report areas of growth from Verticals, Industries and product areas, and marketsMaintain exceptional communication skills - both verbal and writtenWilling to visit customers and sites Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: To perform the job successfully, Account Sales Manager should demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities.Industry background : O&G, Process, Compressed Gas, Chemical, AnalyzerProduct knowledges : Dew Point/O2 sensors, Analyzers, Sensor, Transmitter,Good sales skill and technical knowledge to explain product spec and applications to customersGood relationship management skill and experiences for Process Industries customersCompetencies: Number-oriented personalityStrategic Thinker Proven track record referenceRespect diversityLanguage Skills: Korean and English Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively.Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
