Territory & Client ManagementIdentify, evaluate, and onboard potential clients to expand the company’s footprint across strategic LATAM locations.Independently handle decision-making and actions for assigned territories.Develop, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth.Implement a robust client selection process based on market potential, financial viability, and alignment with company standards.2. Sales & Revenue OwnershipResponsible for global sales targets, profitability, and healthy cash flow management within assigned LATAM territories.Drive revenue growth through structured sales planning and execution.Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Logistics) to set achievable targets and guide teams toward surpassing them.Identify new growth opportunities through analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.3. Strategy, Market Intelligence & ExecutionFormulate and execute sales strategies aimed at increasing market share and profitability.Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop business development strategies.Provide insights and recommendations for market entry, pricing, partner selection, and product launches.Review and analyze financial data to refine business strategies and improve performance.Monitor strategy effectiveness and suggest adjustments based on market dynamics.4. Leadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationBuild and lead a high-performing business development and sales team within the region.Foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and performance excellence.Offer mentorship, coaching, and skill development for team members.Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align product offerings with market needs and customer expectations.5. International ExposureManage complete business operations for the LATAM market.Must have demonstrated international sales experience within LATAM.Regular international travel across LATAM countries is required.Qualifications & ExperienceMaster’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Engineering degree is an added advantage).7 to 10 years of proven experience in international sales, preferably in the automotive or industrial products domain.Strong understanding of global sales processes, distribution networks, and market dynamics.Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Fluency in Spanish is mandatory (spoken and written).Strategic thinker with the ability to convert plans into executable outcomes.Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing financial and operational data.
