The Sales Manager will focus on driving growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships within the loyalty industry, and delivering customized solutions that meet client needs. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer accounts, analyzing market trends, collaborating with internal teams on project execution, and presenting business proposals to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's presence in the loyalty sector while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.QualificationsExperience and expertise in Loyalty Programs and Customer LoyaltyStrong Sales and business development skillsAnalytical Skills for market research and strategy developmentProject Management experience for overseeing client deliverablesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldPrior experience in SaaS or technology-based sales is a plus
