By buying these services from us, clients can access a vast catalog of testing services, with our approachable and solution-oriented testing experts helping them solve their measurement-related challenges.The roleWe are seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Manager to grow our packaging and food testing business across Finland, the Nordics, the Benelux countries, and the UK. In this role, your primary focus will be on outbound sales, identifying and converting new business opportunities into long-term customer relationships.Driving outbound sales by identifying, reaching out to, and securing new customers.Selling regulatory compliance and R&D related testing services, including (but not limited to):Migration testing of food contact materialsPhysico-chemical property testing of packaging materialsManaging inbound leads and supporting the growth of existing customer accounts.Collaborating closely with two other Sales Managers and a team of five technical experts who will support you with the scientific and regulatory aspects of the sales process.Representing the company at industry exhibitions and events in your target markets.The work will mainly take place at our office in Vallila, Helsinki, with occasional travel to attend industry exhibitions and customer meetings across target regions.We hope you’ve gotOutbound B2B sales experience (new business)Experience working with (food)packaging industry (regulatory compliance experience is a bonus)Performance-oriented mindset driven by goalsAbility to organize your work and take responsibilityCustomer-centric attitude and curiosity to understand the needs of the customerDesire to contribute to our great culture 💙What You GetCompensation consisting of a base salary + sales commission + stock optionsBeing part of a top-tier venture capitalist-funded international success storyThe support of a diverse team of professionals, including skilled experts and the sales team, working closely togetherSteps of the recruitment processApply now by sending your CV and answering to the screening questions through the HubFirst call with our recruiter to discuss if our interests and expectations match.Interview with our Food & Packaging team lead and Head of SalesInterview with our Co-Founder, Kalle.
