YOUR ROLE Our client is looking for a Sales Manager who specialises in Parts with a passion for people, process and performance. Working closely with the Aftermarket Director, you will be responsible for overseeing a talented external sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and pushing the pedal on sales growth across the industries serviced. You'll be the connection between the customers, suppliers, dealers, and internal teams like Engineering, Inventory, and Logistics.In This Role You WillLead and coach the external parts sales team to hit targets and deliver world-class serviceBe responsible for parts sales volume, growth and profit marginsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and dealersProduce and analyse data, statistics and reporting related to customer service and growthBe responsible for staff performance, including reviews, training and mentoringABOUT YOU Our client is seeking a person who is highly motivated with a progressive attitude to drive further success into their organisation. This role will see you managing a team and working collaboratively as a member of the parts development team along with the wider business.
