Our cutting-edge marketing, innovation, and client-first approach set us apart as we build a legacy of excellence, trust, and global impact.Key Responsibilities:Developing strategic plans for sales and marketing activities to drive sales growthSetting sales goals and objectives for the sales team and monitoring their progressAnalyzing sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunitiesBuilding and maintaining relationships with key clients and industry leaders to increase brand awarenessOversee sales operations, pipeline managementCoordinating with other departments, such as marketing and finance to ensure alignment with company strategiesCreating sales forecasts and budget plans, and ensuring they are metImplementing sales techniques and tactics that align with the company’s brand and target audienceAttending trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and build relationshipsPreparing regular reports for senior management detailing sales performance and initiativesQualifications & Requirements:Significant experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving sales targetsStrong leadership abilities to coach, inspire, and guide the sales teamAbility to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with business objectivesStrong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team membersProficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to inform decision-makingMinimum 5 years in a senior leadership roleStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsFluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
