Our mission is to become the region's leading smart home solutions provider. MEABG employs 400+ professionals across nationalities. Operations span the Middle East and Africa through 5 subsidiaries: Pakistan, UAE (Dubai), Turkey, South Africa, and Morocco, as well as 4 regions: East Africa, North Africa, West Africa, Saudi Arabia.The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. ResponsibilitiesDevelop & Execute Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement the sales strategy and targets for TV products across the GCC Region, driving growth primarily in the market.Manage partner Performance: Take in charge of accounts business management, develop retail channels, and oversee sell-in/sell-out performance to achieve market objectives.Drive Market & Marketing Execution: Conduct regular market visits to gather intelligence and guide the effective execution of product launches, promotions, and in-store merchandising.Ensure Channel Health: Foster strong partner relationships, monitor inventory levels for optimal stock rotation, and support the payment collection process.Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales data and market trends to prepare management reports and translate findings into actionable business plans.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of TV/consumer electronics sales experience, with a strong preference for GCC background.Proven expertise in distributor management and retail channel development.Solid understanding of the local TV market dynamics and consumer behavior.A results-driven, analytical professional with excellent communication skills, fluency in English (Arabic a plus), and the ability to work independently.Excellent command of English (Arabic is a plus).Based in Dubai, with frequent travel to GCC markets.
