Here, You Will Make An Impact ByLeading regional sales initiatives by analyzing market opportunities, setting performance goals, and coaching a team of sales professionals to consistently meet and exceed targets.Implementing plans and best practices that drive new business, strengthen existing customer relationships, and contribute to overall regional growth.Determining accurate sales forecasts and budgets by leveraging data insights, pipeline analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making.Supporting cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize revenue opportunities.Being on-call to address critical client issues, manage escalations or respond to unforeseen challenges that require immediate attention.Your Skills And ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Healthcare or a related field and solid sales management experience in the healthcare sector (dental ideal but not required).Demonstrated success managing both private-sector (e.g., dental clinics, group practices) and government accounts—with familiarity in handling government procurement processes, contracts, and compliance requirements.In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Fluent/Native Danish or NorwegianStrong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsA track record of driving growth through strategic planning, analytics, and targeted sales initiativesProven ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, creating a supportive environment, setting clear goals, and coaching individuals to exceed targetsCurrent, valid Driver’s License.Work location: Hybrid (Our offices are in Lillestrom and Copenhagen) Travel: May include up to 70% domestic/internationalCompany VehicleThis position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this positionMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment.Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
