该职位来源于猎聘 Inspiring – Your Tasks1、Achieve sales targets and execute business development strategies；完成销售目标并执行业务发展策略； 2、Be able to develop customers independently and with passion；能够独立开发客户，并对销售工作富有激情; 3、Identify new business potentials and growth areas, develop a portfolio of key customers；识别新的业务潜力和增长领域，开发重要客户组合。 4、Maintain excellent relationship with existing business partners at all levels；与现有的各级商业伙伴保持良好的关系； 5、Develop new relationship with new business partners at all levels；开发新的各级业务合作伙伴关系； 6、Product selection & configuration based on technical requirements；根据技术要求进行产品选型和配置； 7、Technology & Trend-monitoring in energy and industrial applications；监测能源和工业应用中的技术和市场发展趋势； 8、Competitors-monitoring in energy and industrial applications and feedback to the company；收集和反馈竞争对手在能源和工业应用方面的市场信息； 9、Prepare cost sheet, quotation, and support to in house sales during the order execution；准备成本表，报价单并在订单执行过程中支持内部销售工作； 10、Provide sales and technical support to customers and local partners from design-in till sales order；为客户和当地合作伙伴提供从设计到形成订单的全方面的销售和技术支持; 11、Preparing customer visit report, CRM input and update, sales/forecast plans, budget planning, etc.准备客户拜访报告，CRM输入和更新，销售/预测计划，预算计划等工作。 Convincing – Your Profile1、Bachelor or equivalent, engineering is preferred；本科或同等学历，理工科学历背景优先; 2、Good general understanding about electrical systems (e.g., Energy Storage & Conversion, Industry, Renewable energies)；对电气系统有一定的了解(例如，能源存储和转换，工业，可再生能源) 3、Professional sales experiences in electrical components；有专业的电子元器件销售经验； 4、Strong sales motivation and high degree of creativity to analyze and serve customer needs；强烈的销售动机和高度的创造性分析和服务客户需求; 5、Team player, result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently；具有团队合作精神，结果导向，自我激励，能够独立开展工作； 6、Well-rounded communication skills for direct customer contact；良好的沟通技巧，能够直接与客户沟通联系; 7、Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, and Power Point)；熟练使用办公软件（Word,Excel及PPT)； 8、Willingness for business trip up to 50%；能接受50%的出差频度； 9、Able to read and write in English.英语工作要求读、写能力。
