It will also entail explaining and selling banking products to customers and acting as a link between customers and bank - ensuring best in-class service to the customers. The role bearer has a responsibility to supervise catchment mapping, customer feedback and identifying and converting potential opportunities. The role bearer is responsible for driving client acquisition, deepening customer relationships and capitalizing on lifetime value in each relationship to achieve larger organizational goals.Roles & ResponsibilitiesAcquisition of 2 Wheeler Loan customers in the identified segment Meet and exceed the defined targets of new customer acquisitions month on month by analysing transaction banking needs of the customerProvide regular feedback to RM on opportunities and customer needsEnsure adherence to selling norms and SOPs defined by the organizationEnsure strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulationsEnsure quality sourcing in line with the Bank's policy Managerial & Leadership ResponsibilitiesMentor and coach senior team members to percolate ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance and integrityCreate environment for team to focus on automation and digital enablement to fulfil customers needs holistically Attract & retain best-in class talent to meet Bank's rapid growth targetsEducational QualificationsGraduate - AnyPost Graduate - AnyExperience: 0 to 4 Years
