Must be able to demonstrate past success, have an established network of key decision makers, and knowledge of the IT industry across a broad range of technologies sold into the enterprise data center environment. Must possess expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesRepresent and sell the entire Super Micro portfolio of products and services to large enterprise customersEstablishes a high level of personal credibility as a trusted advisor to key client decision makersResearches and understands the client's industry. Deeply understands client business strategies and challengesDemonstrates breadth and depth of knowledge in aligning Super Micro capabilities to client business and IT priorities, and positioning relative to competitorsSuccessfully manage all client requirements and requests. Visit customers weekly Produces forecast and reports on a regular basisMay need to work from a home office and communicate with the headquartersMeet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and margin quotasMeets or exceeds quarterly and annual revenue and margin quotas. Uses margin management techniquesParticipates in/drives account Team Management Orchestrates all Super Micro resources and sponsorship essential for executing the account business planQualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred high tech industry 5-7 years of direct sales experience selling server and storage to enterprise and fortune-1000 companies preferred Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures and geographies Track record of building relationships with decision makers Demonstrated ability in the following areas: pre-call planning, opportunity qualification and objection handling, call structure and control, time and territory management Experience entering, tracking and reporting data on lead activity Consistent track record of meeting of exceeding sales target Must have Microsoft Excel Knowledge Multi-task and time management skills are a must Proficient in English and additional language is a huge plusSalary RangeThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
