Airline Rep Services is one of the leading Airline GSA representation companies in the region. With GSA offices across Australia, New Zealand and South West Pacific. We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our Perth based team. In this role, you will focus on strengthening and growing relationships with key industry trade partners, while also driving new business through the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a motivated and a proactive team player with a strong commitment to supporting customer success.Responsibilities·    Provide representation and act as the primary point of contact for one of our GSA airlines within the assigned territory.·    Build and maintain relationships with key industry trade accounts and stakeholders within an assigned sales territory.·    Formulate account development plans on behalf of the airline for all accounts in your portfolio and territory. This will include formulating individual account strategies for retention, growth or market share conversion and also actively reviewing the monthly management information reporting in line with market share and revenue targets.·    Achieve agreed revenue targets & objectives on behalf of the airline.·    Undertake analysis of portfolio and territory performance and provide feedback to the leadership team on a weekly basis or as and when required.·    Deliver new business revenues by leveraging the airlines network and position in the global marketplace, develop broad, senior relationships throughout the customer base and code share partners.·    Identify and report key market intelligence which will have a direct impact on our revenue.·    Provide day to day interaction with key personnel within the account portfolio by conducting sales calls, webinars, training and product seminars, client meetings and participate in industry events & activities.·    Maintain a detailed understanding of the airlines product, services, benefits, digital technology offering and ancillary products & services.·    Partner with key codeshare carriers to develop, implement and manage strategic partnership programs with key trade partners to drive revenue growth and awareness of all relevant carrier’s routes and the broader global network.·    Assist the management team with all commercial activities inclusive of, but not limited to, strategic planning, account development, performance analysis, initiative development and implementation, internal and external coordination.·    Work collaboratively with wider commercial team to drive and achieve outcomes focused on revenue growth. Qualifications·    Minimum 2 years account management experience ideally within the airline industry·    Experience in developing, implementing and managing account sales and marketing programs to drive improved revenue outcomes.·    Able to build strategic partnerships and exceptional relationships with retail & corporate accounts.·    Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.·    Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.·    Flexibility and willingness to work outside business hours and weekends as required.·    Proficiency in CRM software and other airline booking platforms·    Current Australian driver’s license Application Information Please apply with a copy of your CV to Airline Rep Services at cv@airlinerepservices.com Please note, you must have the right to work in Australia to apply for this role.
