Company OverviewTaylor Hopkinson has partnered with consulting service company in offshore/onshore wind sector in Korea Role OverviewThe Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and converting new commercial opportunities & for business acquisition and the tendering process. This role works closely with experienced engineering team to develop innovative solutions that address the specific needs of the clients. Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of strategic business development initiatives to drive growth and revenue in key APAC markets.Identify and target new prospects, generating demand through inside sales, networking, and direct client engagement.Oversee the negotiation and closure of business deals, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic and financial objectives.Maintain and expand a strong network of clients, suppliers, and strategic partners in the offshore wind industry focus on Korea and APAC region.Support the technical team during engineering solution development by constructively challenging proposals from a technical, functional, and commercial perspective.Set up and manage project proposals throughout the tendering process, from preparation to submission. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in commercial, business economics or technical field.+7 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or commercial management within the offshore wind industry.Possess a broad network in the APAC offshore wind market, particularly in South Korea.Have a proven track record of successful sales in the international renewable energy sector.Fluent in English for both speaking and written
