Our client is a provider of end-to-end solutions for apparel brands, retailers, manufacturers. Location: Remote (Should be in the UAE)Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 hours/day About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic, responsible, and reliable Sales Manager with strong experience in OEM/ODM apparel manufacturing and B2B sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, developing long-term relationships, and driving sales growth across the UAE, GCC, and potential international markets. This is a remote role, ideal for a self-driven professional who can manage customers, generate new business, and work closely with our design and production teams. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the apparel industry, focusing on brands and retailers in UAE, GCC, and beyond. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Deliver persuasive sales presentations that showcase our product and service capabilities, including apparel, textiles, and other business categories. • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product specifications and client requirements are met. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve sales and profit targets. • Conduct market research to track trends and identify opportunities for new products and designs. • Prepare and analyze sales reports, track performance, and forecast sales. • Support company participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings. • Provide excellent after-sales service to strengthen client partnerships. Requirements • 3–5 years of solid experience in B2B apparel sales, preferably in an OEM/ODM environment. • Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes and the end-to-end supply chain. • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client accounts. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work remotely, independently, and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in CRM systems. • Candidates from Arabic or Asian backgrounds are encouraged to apply
