Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage field sales activities across Mexico to achieve business targets.Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to expand market coverage and drive revenue growth.Identify potential clients, build relationships, and manage accounts to maximize sales opportunities.Conduct market research to understand local trends, customer needs, and competition.Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals and marketing initiatives.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.Language: Spanish speaker; proficient in English for business communication.Experience:Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in fintech, consumer finance, or related industries.Prior experience working in Mexico or other Spanish-speaking countries is preferred.Skills & Traits: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; proactive, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
