The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, creating and implementing effective sales strategies, and reporting on sales performance. Additional responsibilities include market analysis, team leadership, and ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and values.QualificationsProven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship ManagementStrong strategic planning, market analysis, and lead generation skillsEffective team leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skills for client negotiations and presentationsProficiency in using CRM tools, sales analytics, and related softwareUnderstanding of the business landscape within the UAE and GCC regionBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferredAbility to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
