Sales Manager – Container Transportation (Hybrid Work Format)Artex Service LLC is a Ukrainian freight forwarding company with international operations, specializing in container and multimodal transportation across Europe, Asia, and the United States. We provide end-to-end logistics solutions for companies of all sizes, focusing on reliability, transparency, and long-term partnerships.We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to expand our client portfolio and strengthen our presence in the international logistics market.Key Responsibilities• Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients in the field of international freight forwarding• Initiate and maintain direct contact with potential clients through outreach and professional networking• Negotiate commercial terms, prepare quotations, and conclude service agreements• Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, and subcontractors to ensure operational excellence• Oversee shipment execution and maintain a high level of client satisfaction• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunitiesCandidate Profile• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in logistics or transportation sales• Strong understanding of international logistics processes and foreign trade principles• Proficiency in English for business communication• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills• Self-driven, responsible, and focused on measurable results• Ability to work independently with new (cold) clients and develop long-term relationshipsWe Offer• Competitive fixed salary with performance-based commission• Hybrid work model — from the Odessa office or remotely• Support from a professional operations and logistics team• Modern and comfortable office located in the city centerContactTelegram: @SNatsvinEmail: stanislav.natsvin@artexservice.com(For additional information, inquiries can be sent directly via Telegram or email.)
