Job Opening: Sales Manager - Automotive – Laith Al Obaidi GroupLocation: [Iraq/Baghdad] Industry: Automotive / Cars Trading Position Type: Full-Time – Executive LevelJob SummaryLaith Al Obaidi Group is a leading name in the automotive and trading industry, To drive showroom sales and elevate brand presence for Laith Al Obaidi’s automotive division in Baghdad. This role focuses on achieving aggressive sales targets, building a performance-driven culture, and managing the brand image consistently across all platforms.Key Responsibilities:Sales Management:Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for teams and individual sales consultants.Monitor daily sales performance and ensure team members are meeting their KPIs.Create and implement action plans for underperforming staff.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve results.Design sales incentive programs to boost motivation and results.Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure and customer follow-up.Analyze market trends and customer insights to adjust sales strategies accordingly.Prepare comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports for top management.Develop strong relationships with high-value clients and fleet customers.🔹 Brand Management:Develop annual brand plans with clear goals, marketing activities, and budget allocation.Oversee marketing content creation, advertising campaigns, and showroom branding.Coordinate with digital marketing teams for brand exposure on social platforms.Maintain relationships with global automotive brand partners and ensure compliance with brand standards.Lead product launches, brand events, and dealer network branding activities.Qualifications and Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Automotive Management.· 5+ years of experience in automotive sales and brand leadership.· Proven success in achieving high sales targets and managing sales teams.· Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.· Fluent in English and Arabic . · Advanced skills in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting dashboards.· Commercially driven, result-oriented, and highly organized.Preferred Industry Experience:· [automotive, Cars-Trading]What We Offer:Attractive base salary + monthly performance-based bonuses.Autonomy and decision-making authority· Opportunity to lead and grow a successful business unit
