Job Description

Key Responsibilities: -Focus on developing and managing OEM/Tier1 located around Vietnam like VF Auto and Lear JIT to acquire new business.-Maintain good relationships with customers and responsible for listening customer voice and solve problems to exceed customers’ expectations-Lead quotation activity and coordinate related department to deliver overall proposal on time and Lead price negotiation with customer until final deal made. -Provide counsel, advice and recommendations on the competitive market trends, conditions and opportunities to assure proper consideration in the formulation of sales plans, marketing programs and customer business model-Support function head to complete yearly growth plan build upQualifications: -English skill in both writing and reading-Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering etc.) -Minimum of 10 years Sales Experience with OEM and Tier 1-Reviewing cost and finance analysis model and prepare for APR and Customer Quote-Experience with Local OEMs (VF preferred) -Accept frequent business trips (2-4 times a month)
