With a strong distribution network and a growing customer base, Baltic Group represents quality, reliability, and innovation in technical salesRole Description:This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, based in Visoko with regular field activity across the entire territory of Bosnia and HerzegovinaObligations:Lead and develop the sales of Rawlplug Group products (anchors, screws, fasteners, tools)Manage and expand customer relationships (B2B – construction companies, hardware distributors, retailers)Identify new clients and business opportunitiesMonitor market trends, competition, and sales performanceCollaborate with management on planning, targets, and reportingParticipate in building and mentoring the sales team as the market growsKey Responsibilities:Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsExecute sales strategies and regional plansPrepare sales reports and forecastsMaintain customer satisfaction and loyaltyCoordinate with logistics and marketing teamsQualifications:Strong leadership and team management skillsExperience in developing and implementing sales strategiesExcellent customer relationship building and management skillsAbility to analyze market trends and prepare sales reportsProficiency in sales software and CRM toolsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamProven track record in achieving sales targetsValid B driver’s license and readiness for frequent travel across BiHBachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferredFluent in English, both spoken and writtenCompensation & Benefits:Excellent fixed salary with all legally entitled allowancesMotivating monthly, quarterly, and annual bonusesCompany car and mobile phone with limited private useDynamic and stable work environment with long-term growth potentialWork Schedule:Monday to FridayOne Saturday per month (sales meeting and performance review)How to Apply:Send your CV and motivational letter to office@baltic.group with the subject line Application – Sales Manager.
