Sales Manager

A leading global medical device company is looking for talented and experienced candidates for the position of Sales Manager based in Korea.Job DescriptionIn charge of the sales for the given business unit within the Medical Devices industry in Korea.Responsible for developing & implementing short- and long-term commercial strategies that are aligned with the APAC in Korea.Develop together with management team an annual business plan to make sure the regional or/ and country targets are met or overachieved focusing on the pre-defined growth drivers and opportunities managed by their sales team.Is accountable for the successful implementation of the local annual business plan.Drives and leads the business to achieve and exceed expectations.Makes sure the needed input is clear to update forecast and reporting is done on-time & accurately.Develops appropriate understanding of local customer needs through ongoing interaction with key accounts, key customers and third party partners.Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or/ and relevant coursesAt least 5 years of Sales Management experience within medical device industry in Korea
