Sales manager

BAUF is a brand specialising in the production and distribution of high-quality climate control systems, including air conditioners and heat pumps.We are currently looking for a full-time Sales Manager to join our on-site team in Lisbon.Dear applicants, please pay attention to the requirements.CV will be accepted only in EnglishResponsibilities:1. Development of international sales:Finding and attracting new distributors in key markets (Western Europe). Conducting negotiations and concluding contracts with partners.Managing partner relationships2. Strategy and analysis:Analysis of target markets, competitors and customer needs.To develop business proposals that are specific to each market.3. Reporting and KPI Compliance:Preparation of reports on sales, execution of plans and forecasting.Meet the established sales and customer engagement targets.
